Walk into the Red Moon office and you'll probably hear loud conversations and a lot of laughing. Walk down the one hallway of the Red Moon office and you'll see Moonies huddled in one office, looking at one computer screen and sharing ideas and thought. That is the way we roll here on the Moon, all the doors are open, allowing for group thinking and a family atmosphere.
What a thrill it was to be nominated as "Best Place to Work," making it our 5th year alongside 60 other great Charlotte businesses.
Our newest addition to Red Moon, Sarah Scott had her first experience at this special luncheon where is sounds more like a football game then a business lunch. "Being new to the business world, it was great to see other companies in Charlotte and how they compare to Red Moon."
Red Moon's Kathleen Smith marks her one year anniversary being here at the Moon in January. "I'm not surprised at all seeing Red Moon nominated again as one of the 'Best Places to Work.' The name fits the company so well. Sometimes I feel like I'm being spoiled. Having my first job out of college at Red Moon has set my standards pretty high, I love the work I do each day and proud to call myself a Moonie."
