What does customer service mean to you?
Providing the best service at all times in any given situation. Each consumer leaving with a smile, knowing my service helped put that smile on their face.
What has been your most memorable client experience at Red Moon?
My most memorable client experience was with Cub Cadet in the Spring of 2013. We were approached by MTD Products to assist with a test market launch of a new product with technology exclusive to the Cub Cadet brand. The product was called the ZERO, a product with technology exclusive to the Cub-Cadet brand. We spent 3 weeks in Portland, OR and 3 weeks in Seattle, WA. The test was a success and the product is now available in select markets all over the United States.
Hobbies outside of work:
I enjoy playing golf, the challenging and humbling game of never ending improvement.
Favorite quote:
“Look at a day when you are supremely satisfied at the end. It's not a day when you lounge around doing nothing; it's when you've had everything to do, and you've done it.” –Anonymous
Fun fact:
I grew up racing go-karts on oval dirt tracks sanctioned by the World Karting Association, spanning the entire east coast, from age 10 until age 17.
Work, etc.
