What does customer service mean to you?
There is no greater feeling than putting a genuine smile on a customer’s face. How you leave others feeling after an experience with you becomes you and your company’s trademark.
What has been your most memorable client experience at Red Moon?
My most memorable client experience was when I was able to go on the road with our Southern Comfort Oddball Comedy tour.
Hobbies outside of work:
Hanging out with friends, and going to watch Charlotte sporting events.

I listen to a lot of genres, but my favorite is Indie.
Fun fact:
My family used to sell and run moonshine through the mountains of NC. I have designed and made my own wood baseball bats. I have 4 ½ knuckles in my right hand…
What is your most memorable travel experience?
After graduating high school, I was able to go on a two-week trip to Europe. In those two weeks I went to Paris, Lucerne, and almost every major city in Italy.

I was born and raised in Lenoir, North Carolina. I have one younger brother. I attended Wilkes Community College where I played baseball. After graduating from WCC in 2013, I was admitted to UNC Charlotte. I graduated with a degree in Marketing from UNC Charlotte in December of 2015. I began as an intern at Red Moon and was offered a full-time position after graduation. I have been blessed to work with such a great group of coworkers and a diverse list of clients.
