Experiential Creative Strategist

Job Title: Experiential Creative Strategist
Location: Hybrid / Remote Available

About the Role

We’re seeking a boundary-pushing, idea-obsessed Experiential Creative Strategist to concept, craft, and champion immersive brand experiences that make people feel, share, and remember. If you live at the intersection of art, culture, tech, and storytelling — and you have a knack for turning bold ideas into tangible activations — we want to hear from you.

This is not just a "think big" role. It’s a “make it real” role. You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers, producers, and clients to shape breakthrough ideas that live in the real world — from pop-ups to live events, stunts, installations, digital integrations, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept development: Generate big, culture-driven ideas for experiential activations, brand stunts, installations, and campaigns — from scratch or in response to briefs.

  • Creative storytelling: Build insights-based compelling narratives and decks that bring ideas to life for both internal and client-facing presentations.

  • Trend and culture scouting: Stay on the pulse of experiential trends, new technologies, creative formats, and cultural moments to fuel ideation.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with art directors, copywriters, strategists, producers, and account leads to turn ideas into executable plans.

  • Client engagement: Present ideas with clarity, passion, and strategic relevance. Collaborate with clients to align creative vision with business goals.

  • Executional insight: Understand the nuts and bolts of experience design — including space, materials, tech, and user journey — to ensure ideas are both aspirational and achievable.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years in a creative or ideation role at an experiential agency, creative shop, brand, or production company.

  • Proven portfolio of experiential, activation, or branded content work that demonstrates big thinking and sharp execution.

  • Strong visual and written communication skills (you can sell an idea with words and imagery).

  • A love for collaboration and a comfort level working in the gray area between concept and production.

  • Ability to shift gears between fast-paced brainstorms and refined presentation crafting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with immersive tech (AR/VR, projection mapping, interactive builds, etc.)

  • Background in theater, set design, architecture, or performance art

  • Fluency in SketchUp, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Keynote
